Time to Sign Sports Continues Success with College Baseball Commitments by Chris Schaedel (ELON), Byron Ferguson (BETHUNE COOKMAN), Mike Falsetti (BELMONT ABBEY), and Alec LamRouex (LYNN)
The latest commitments noted by Time to Sign Sports continues an incredible run of success. Each of these guys could become real impact players at their respective schools. Elon, Bethune Cookman, Belmont Abbey, and Lynn all landed special players.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL, February 01, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The last couple of months have been very active for Time to Sign Sports. The most recent commitments (Click here to see what they are saying) further illustrates what can happen when you put your priorities in order. Time to Sign Sports has always placed Academics as the top priority with baseball being a key component of the overall college experience.

"We didn't know if there would be another shot at him [Mike Falsetti] playing at a top baseball school" said Mike Falsetti, the father of Mike Falsetti. Mike, one of the premier catchers in the country, recently committed to Belmont Abbey as a Junior College transfer. According to Berg Ohanian, one of the founders of Time to Sign Sports, "Mike is a legit big-time player. He will bring leadership and an All-American game to the Crusaders."

Elon was a big winner in the recruiting war for Chris Schaedel. Gary Cohn, Time to Sign Sports' other founder, says "Chris had a ton of interest. His commitment to Elon is a real win-win situation. Chris' style of play and attitude is a perfect match for Elon and their coaching staff. His upside is absolutely tremendous."

When Bethune Cookman received Byron Ferguson's commitment to play ball for the Wildcats, they got a legitimate two-way star. With a fastball sitting 88-90 and 6.7 speed in the outfield, Ferguson will be a dual threat. "He's the son of a Collegiate track star" says Ohanian. "Athletically, Byron is a can't miss kind of guy."

Alec LamRouex is a local kid from Jensen Beach. From the beginning of the recruiting process LamRouex wanted to stay in Florida. As Cohn puts it, "this summer was a real breakout year for Alec.He added 4 or 5 miles to his fastball and his mound presence was exceptional." In Lynn University, both the school and LamRouex are a perfect fit for each other.

As the new year has begun, Time to Sign Sports continues it approach of STUDENT before ATHLETE. "Whether the right fit academically is a Junior College or an Ivy League or Ivy League type of school, we believe we must push the envelope for the best education. As the commercial for the NCAA states, 'most student-athletes will be going pro in something other than their sport'. It is important that we stay focused on priorities," concludes Cohn.
